LNU embraces Wifi Ready

          Nowadays, students are full-time in spending their vacancy. Some may grab their foods, others may turn up the volumes of their earphones. And many may read a book. But approximately, because of technological and advancements internet is widely used.

          With the growing number of internet users in the globe, internet made a great impact to the people and especially to the students. With much comprehensic learning it views students to make their work easier by the incoming thoughts of learning such as encoding, researching, and checking out what’s the latest view through the World Wide Web.

          Lyceum- Northwestern University provided an easy way to make (more) much easier. L-NU provided a means to reduce student’s hardships on searching for lessons manually on libraries. The university provided two equipped rooms for the usage of internet. According to Mr. Edmon B. Generalao (Administrator, Internet Laboratory), it’s been two years since they initiated the distribution of Wifi Cards. L-NU is using EI/ CIR Internet connector using latest IBM services and CISCO Routers. It has implemented a campus wide internet and internet system to accommodate departments and 11 computer laboratories numbering to 295 units sevices staff/ students are acquired to present their IDENTIFICATION CARD (ID) to the accounts of students who are enrolled in a semester are automatically loaded in our Schoolbliz System Internet Café Management System. My Lesson became much easier and understandable because I am in the university now, says Allen de Luna, a psychology student from the university.

          Internet is truly an aid for the students. Special thanks to the universities who installed Wifi Cards and support Internet as well.
